On June 22, 2021, Governor Ned Lamont signed into law a bill (SB 1201) to legalize and safely regulate adult use of cannabis in the State of Connecticut. According to the Governor’s Office, the new law is comprehensive addressing equity, criminal justice, public health and public safety.
