The Centers for Disease Control and Infection (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have issued public health warnings about Delta-8 Tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta 8-THC). These notices offer important information about Delta-8 THC and its potential to create psychoactive effects. In addition, there have been adverse events reported to both the CDC and FDA by persons, including accidental exposure to Delta-8 THC.
